What are Neumann Points?
Neumann points are actually dollars you place into a prepaid account. To make a purchase using your account, all you do is present your Neumann University ID card to the cashier at the time of purchase and the amount will be deducted from your account balance.

How do I open an account?
You can go to the Business Office (room 104) and open an account with a minimum deposit of $25.00. Or, you can print out the form below and mail it to the Business Office with your payment.

Can I make additional deposits?
Yes, additional deposits of at least $25.00 can be made at the Business Office, either in person or by mail.

Are there any fees?
No. There is no charge to open or maintain a Neumann Points Account.

What happens to any money in my account that I have not used?
Neumann Points will automatically carry over to the next semester unless a refund is requested. To obtain a refund on balances not spent submit a written request to the Business Office to the attention of the Assistant Controller/Bursar.

Can I use Neumann points anywhere else?
Yes, they can be used in the dining hall, and the cafe's located in the Bachmann Main building, and the RAB.

What if I lose my card?
Report it immediately to the Security Department (ext. 5555). Your card will be de-activated and no one will be able to use it. This also means that if you find your card you will not be able to use it.
You will have to go to the Security Office to obtain a new ID card and then have it activated in the Business Office for your Points account.
